Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach
Steven Gaano is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach (LWMC). With several years of experience in the fitness industry, he continuously strives to remain ahead of current trends and learn from the top trainers in the industry.
In 2010, Steve was chosen to attend a 3.5 Day Mentorship by world renowned trainer Todd Durkin (2-time Personal Trainer of the Year and trainer to Super Bowl Champions Aaron Rogers and Drew Brees). This experience helped him realize that success in fitness is as much mental as it is physical. If you don’t “get your mind right,” you’re setting yourself up for failure.
Steve’s specializations include: Post-rehab, body fat loss, and improved athletic performance, strength, and conditioning. He is TRX certified, proficient in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and is well-versed in exercise program design.
As a former overweight individual, Steve understands the struggle of knowing what to do to lose weight, but failing to take effective action. Fortunately for him, small steps in the right direction and a strong support system helped make what seemed like an impossible goal into a reality. Steve takes a personal approach to training his clients and strives to make your goals his own.
In his spare time, Steve loves to bake, read, dance, and spend time with his wife, family, and friends. He is also an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. Last year, he was sponsored by Team Marathon Bar and completed his first Half Marathon and two Tough Mudder races. This year, he is training for the Marine Corp Marathon in October and hopes to qualify for next year’s American Ninja Warrior competition.
