As a reminder for those shoveling, push the snow, do not lift it. Pushing will put far less strain on the spine than lifting. Lift with your legs and NOT your back! Be sure your muscles are warm before you start shoveling. Cold, tight muscles are more likely to sprain or strain than warm, relaxed muscles. Remember to hydrate and take breaks. Have fun and stay safe!
