Sit upright looking straight ahead and relax shoulders to downward position. Gently squeeze your shoulders back and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 20 times, 3 times a day
2. Side Neck Stretch/Upper Trap Stretch
Sit on a chair and extend your right arm down towards the ground and place your left hand on top of your head, elbow pointing out to the side. Using your left hand, gently pull your head to the left while continuing to keep your right arm extended downward (you can also increase the stretch by sitting on your right hand). Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and switch sides.
3. Chin Tuck/Neck Retraction
Sit on a chair and place 2 fingers of one hand on your chin. Using your fingers as a guide gently pull your chin backward, retracting your neck, as though you are pulling away from something and hold this position for 5 seconds then relax. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day.
