Least Favorite Exercise
Why do you exercise?
It makes me feel great both physically and mentally. I always feel my best after a workout.
What do you do when you’re not helping people get in the best shape of their lives?
I love being outside! I enjoy camping, hiking, playing soccer, and walking my dogs. I run a pet sitting business so I spend lots of time with all kinds of animals! I also enjoy creating my own workouts, reading about nutrition and health, watching Netflix, cooking, and baking.
All desserts/sweets! Particularly cookies and doughnuts
If you were a superhero, who would it be and why?
Lara Croft because she is one tough cookie! She is smart, independent, and incredibly strong.
