What does the BREAKTHRU culture mean to you?
The BREAKTHRU culture to me means community and dedication. The members and staff are extremely friendly and have built a strong family atmosphere. The community at BREAKTHRU truly makes the gym feel like a second home. I say dedication because I always see members putting in the hard work to achieve their goals. The staff is very knowledgeable and works hard to put their members and co-workers in a position to succeed. It's an amazing place with great energy!

Least Favorite Exercise?
Why do you exercise?
I exercise because I think it's a lot of fun and a great way to improve overall health!
What do you do when you are not helping people get in the best shape of their lives?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I'm also an avid sports fan. During my free time I like to watch the Green Bay Packers (Go Pack Go) and the Philadelphia 76ers (Trust the Process).
Who do you look up to and why?
I would say that my father is the person I look up to the most. My father has always been a positive role model throughout my life. He was my first basketball coach and trainer. I've always aspired to be like my father on the basketball court, but more importantly the man he is off the court.
Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream (Especially the Tonight Dough!)
If you were a superhero who would it be and why?
If I were a superhero, I would like to be The Flash. I think The Flash would be a phenomenal point guard in basketball. He's got quick feet and is lightning fast. His explosiveness combined with his superb reflexes… that's one tough on the ball defender! (Also: You can tell The Flash has definitely put some work in with the agility ladder!).

I aspire to become a Division 1 Head Men's Basketball Coach. I really enjoy working with athletes as well as being around the game of basketball. I think it would be a lot of fun to coach and work with some of the best athletes and basketball players in the country!
