Michael Roseman PT, DPT

Bio

Dr. Michael Roseman earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from Washington College in 2022. During his time at WAC, he was a member of the baseball team where he was a pitcher. Through his time as a student – athlete, he gained an appreciation for what it takes to reach the highest level and watched his fellow teammates undergo physical therapy. Following his time at WAC, he attended Drexel University where he attained his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in March 2025. Michael was fortunate to complete 3 outpatient clinical rotations where his love and passion for outpatient services grew. He was exposed to some of the newest and innovative technology used in outpatient rehabilitation.

Michael practices with the belief that everyone is an athlete and while a person’s “sport” may differ, the goal is the same – to move better. He accomplishes this through a comprehensive hands-on assessment and treatment plan following the latest evidence. Michael emphasizes the importance of patient education to ensure his patients understand the why behind their treatment plan.

He has clinical interests in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation. He works per diem in inpatient rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation.

Matt was very pleasant and thorough . He asked a lot of questions before beginning therapy. He had read the papers I had filled out and was prepared.First, he explained the exercises I’d be doing and explained how they would help. Then he demonstrated each one and monitored them to make sure I was doing them correctly.When I was done, he gave me a printed copy of the exercises so that I could do them at home. In addition, he sent a video of the exercises as a visual via my email.I am very pleased with my session and look forward to the next appt as I work to strengthen my hip muscles.

Over the past 2 years, I had been dealing with a hamstring injury and throughout that time, I had met with multiple trainers and specialists. I was unable to find a solution until I met Tim. I worked with Tim throughout the summer, and he helped me get back to running full-time and did a great job in figuring out ways to increase strength and flexibility in my hamstrings, something that I had lacked ever since I started running 4 years ago. As tough as it was having to take time out of my summer for 2x a day each week after a long day of work, Tim made my experience very enjoyable, as he was always positive and fun to be around. I'll miss working with Tim. I hope other people take advantage of the fact that they can work with someone who does a great job and truly cares about their patients like Tim does.

After taken a serious fall down a flight of stairs and tearing my patella tendon, I needed physical therapy and rehabilitation to walk again. They worked in a format that was personalized for my condition and the injury i sustained. Dr. Julie understood my injury and developed a plan and program for me to gradually increase my capbilities. She constantly assesed my progress and changed my exercises and movments to work on my weaker areas. I ran my first half marathon yesterday! After achilles tendinitis caused me to miss the Rocky Run in November, I worked with Jake over the winter. He took baseline measurements of my ankle mobility and thanks to our sessions a few times a week and doing my homework, my final measurements were markedly better. I continue to do two of my exercises daily. From the front desk to the doctors, Breakthru Marlton is relaxed, friendly, and eager to get to know you. My experiences working with Jake and Kennedy were great. I have gone to other physical therapists in the past, and I felt very at home and supported here and am grateful to know where to go in the future. They are also LGBT friendly.

Was such a great experience here. I fractured my wrist in motorcycle accident and they were suggested through my insurance. Breakthru worked around my schedule and my therapist Emily was amazing. I worked with Jake for my shoulder and I couldn’t be happier. My biggest fear going there was that I wasn’t going to be able to express how I was feeling and therefor, wouldn’t get the appropriate treatment. That was not the case. This was the second time I used Breakthru and once again I was quite pleased. This time my PT was Jon Eaton, and we worked together for almost 3 months to fix a hip/glute issue . Jon took the time to deal with not only my injury but how to best manage it in the sport I play (tennis). He clearly had a plan and was most encouraging as we progressed. He listened carefully to my concerns and helped me set achievable goals. He and the other PTs managed multiple clients at the same time but they always seemed present with each of the clients. I also know I could contact Jon for support if I have a setback or question. Plus we had great conversations about old movies and sports and family! Finally, a shout-out to Nicole at the front desk.
