Colin Fort PT, DPT

Bio

Dr. Colin Fort is a licensed physical therapist who is dedicated to providing individualized, patient centered care to help patients return to meaningful and active lifestyles. Dr. Fort earned his undergraduate degree in Pre Medical Studies with a concentration in Biology from Grove City College in 2016 before taking a gap year to travel and gain hands on work experience in both hospital based settings and outpatient orthopedic clinics. He went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Gannon University, graduating in 2022, and subsequently began his career in outpatient orthopedics. His clinical experience includes exposure to a wide range of orthopedic conditions such as multiple joint replacements, overuse injuries, sports related rehabilitation, and vestibular therapy, including post concussion symptoms. Born and raised in South Jersey, Dr. Fort attended The King’s Christian High School for his high school education and is passionate about following all major Philadelphia sports teams, staying active through a variety of sports, and remaining involved in his local church.
