Bio

Sofie is passionate about giving every patient the chance to share their story, allowing her to understand the bigger picture behind what they’re experiencing. She believes that building strong relationships is the key to making treatment more than just exercise—it’s about creating a meaningful journey toward healing.

She finds joy in watching patients make progress, whether it’s celebrating small milestones in therapy, reducing pain, regaining function, or experiencing a renewed quality of life. Sofie is especially passionate about injury prevention, helping athletes return to the sports they love, and guiding patients who want to become the strongest version of themselves.
