The Cape May Court House office is positioned central to Cape May County in the heart of Cape May Court House, just a quarter mile from Cape Regional Hospital and the Garden State Parkway Exit 10. Cape May Court House is also perfectly positioned for easy access to/from the neighboring Avalon, Stone Harbor and Wildwood shore communities.

Meet Your Director

Colleen Goodwin, MPT

MY HOBBIES: Colleen enjoys time with her husband and two children, boating and traveling. She continues to be involved with sports, coaching her daughter’s basketball team and participating in a CrossFit program herself. In CrossFit Colleen has received her L1 training and coaches at her local gym.

Colleen Goodwin, MPT, is a 2000 graduate from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physical Therapy and Clinic Director for Twin Boro-Cape May Court House. Her interest in physical therapy began in high school where after rehabbing from several sports injuries she began volunteering at a local PT clinic. This prompted her to start her schooling journey toward becoming a physical therapist.

Before joining Twin Boro, Colleen began her career as a staff PT at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation, specializing in neurological diagnoses such as CVA, SCI, and post-polio syndrome. She then spent the last 17 years as a Clinic Director honing her skills as an orthopedic and vestibular therapist, with special interest in post-surgical and positional vertigo. Colleen has been trained in a wide range of evidence-based interventions including, McConnell and KT taping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and vestibular habituation rehab. When treating patients Colleen prides herself on a person first approach to treatment, making sure her clients’ goals and needs are in the forefront when determining the proper focus of their rehab program.

Had gone to a nearby well witchedvpublicized for an earlier shoulder treatment. I would describe the treatment as ,"mundane or cursory". Taking a suggestion from a fellow competitor switched to Ms. Goodwins service.Besidesna more professional atmosphere the end result was much more satisfactory

I came to Twinboro as my second attempt at PT for debilitating neck and shoulder pain. I am so glad that I decided to give them a try instead of going back to where I went previously. I cannot say enough good things about Colleen, my therapist. She is no-nonsense and knows her stuff. She got me back stronger in 8 weeks than my previous place where I went twice a week for 8 months! I highly recommend them if you are serious about getting stronger and feeling better.

As always Colleen is one of the best. Her years of experience and professionalism made what would normally be a long tough recovery much easier than expected.All 12 appointments were on time and easily made to work around my busy schedule. The facility was always clean and spotless and all the equipment was nice and new.If you need Physical therapy this is the place.
