What does the BREAKTHRU culture mean to you?
Breakthru is the most welcoming and friendliest environment that I have been in.When I wake up in the morning, I don’t dread going to work – I look forward to it! The interactions and relationships between the staff and clients/patients are amazing.
Breakthru is one big family that is extremely dedicated in helping each other evolve in becoming the best versions of themselves.

Tie between hip thrust and single RDL
Least Favorite Exercise?
Chest exercises, but of course I still do them
Why do you exercise?
Exercising is my outlet to escape any anxieties and stress that I am dealing with. As a tiny girl, I feel strong when I am in the weight room. As well as wanting to have a better quality of life.
What do you do when you are not helping people get in the best shape of their lives?
Exercising, reading, cooking, and baking!
Who do you look up to and why?
Definitely my parents. They are immigrants from Bulgaria and have sacrificed so much to give my brother and me the best life possible. They are the hardest workers I have ever met, giving me the motivation to never give up on my dreams and keep pushing, no matter how difficult a challenge may be. “If you really want to go far in life, you do the things that are hard and that you think you can’t do”.
Guilty Indulgence?
Ice cream, especially green mint chocolate chip!
If you were a superhero who would it be and why?
Wonder woman. Her outfit – enough said.
Future Aspirations:
Continue my education in fitness and nutrition.
