***UPDATE***So, I am not quite 2 months into the healing process from an extensive 3-level spinal fusion surgery. Luckily, I have the *VERY* good fortune to have Nicole Barton, PT, DPT as my therapist. She has been working with me since the early weeks of my recovery. I am amazed at the speed with which I am recovering. Her guidance has kept me on track for rapid healing and an extremely positive outcome. I am looking forward to demonstrating my progress to my surgeon. He will be as impressed with my improvement as I am. Thank you Nicole and the entire staff of the Manahawkin Twin Boro Physical Therapy Center.I have had the good fortune of benefitting from the services of Twin Boro over the course of many years. I have always found the therapists to be extremely well-qualified. In addition they are always very positive, encouraging and friendly as is the support staff. They will ensure that you make progress at the correct pace for your situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Literally the best place for PT, never going anywhere else! I’ve had upper back pain for about 10 yes & although going to the chiropractor helped temporarily, I never felt true relief from the constant neck & back pain until I started going to Twin Boro Manahawkin. It only took about 2 appts for my neck and back to feel so much better and stronger. Dr. Nicole Barton is brilliant. She knew exactly where/what my issues were, and, more importantly, *exactly* what exercises I needed to get my body feeling good again. I have so much less back pain (and practically no pain in my neck) and my posture has *drastically* improved. I had never even realized how poor it was before I started going there. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Maddie is always incredibly kind and patiently helped me remember which exercises I needed to complete and how to do them properly. I am so thankful I went to Twin Boro Manahawkin. The disruptive pain is gone and the quality of life has improved beyond measure :) I strongly recommend their services 10/10

Nicole, Mattie, Pirya, the entire staff at the Manahawkin location are awesome! When I started therapy on my knee I could barley walk. Now after completing therapy I can walk and i feel great! I followed Nicole's instructions along with her, Mattie and Piryas guidance and it worked like a charm. With every sesion I felt and saw improvement. Thank you so much! Everyone is accommodating to your schedule and needs. Great place.

Nicole B is a great Physical Therapist. She is very knowledgeable in her field of study. She conducts her sessions with high standards of professionalism. She is a very hard worker, and is always going above and beyond to ensure you are being properly trained under her supervision. If there was a ranked system of best therapists, she would surely be at the top of the list.

I've had spinal surgeries and related PT at various facilities.. Twin Boro has provided the absolute best service, by far. The therapists develop an exercise program that results in a positive outcome. They are attentive and responsive to your personal concerns and communicate with your doctors. I've been a patient with very serious damage to my Spine Vertebral for several years now and have gone to many different physical therapy here in New Jersey 🇯🇪.However, I have not seen any great place to visit for spinal, knee and neck therapy like the Manahawkin NJ Twin Boro Physical Therapy.It is one of a kind. All the PTs and staff are very professional and most importantly, very courteous.They also keep the surrounding areas very clean 👌 and most hygienic.

I've been experiencing lower back pain on and off for the past 17 years. Was referred to Phyiscal Therapy to learn how to manage the pain and after attending my sessions let me tell ya: My Phyiscal Therapist Amanda is Second to None! A true professional in her field!! She cares about her patients and provides individual concern, demonstrating the proper stretching workouts to manage and reduce the pain. Her PT assistant Al, is also excellent, always there to help and assist with the PT workouts and ensure's the patient performs the proper stretches as outlined by Amanda. They are the Dynamic Duo! I now have full range of my back and when I feel a little "twinge" coming on from lifting things, or from doing yard work, I immediately do some of the routine stretches and pain goes away! Thank you Amanda for giving me my back and active life back and showing me how I can manage it, before it manages me. Twin Boro has a true professional in the Manahawkin Branch. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!!

Amanda makes me feel at ease while going through my PT. I first attended PT at Twin Boro in Manahawkin last year for a work related injury. The space is limited, but the scheduling is carefully structured to allow for one in/one out. I found the staff to be friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Amanda, Amy, the aides, and Joan the receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable. Along with the staff, the rotating cast of characters, in for their own PT, keep the hour lively. This year I had a hip replacement and had to choose where I would go for PT. Naturally I chose Twin Boro in Manahawkin. This time around I've dealt mostly with Amanda who is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, focused, and excels in time management. All in all, they run a good clinic. I think if they were able to expand their operation, with their current attitude and energy, they would still have customers out the door. Oh, and Jack the aide is cool too. He's always there with whatever equipment you need.

My physical therapist, Amanda, went above and beyond all expectations. I’ve done physical therapy before but never experienced this level of professionalism and such a wonderful atmosphere. Amanda makes physical therapy fun and she listens to everything you say so she can adjust your program accordingly. I could barely put weight on my ankle when I started PT and now I’m back to running. She is an absolute gem and I cannot recommend her enough!!

Facility is clean, they are methodical about cleaning with this pandemic. The personnel are very welcoming and understanding of your injury. They push you to you comfort limit but over do it. They go by your comfort level but ensure you are makingprogress. I feel completely comfortable receiving my care here. Everyone is very kind, and the atmosphere is great.

Twin Boro Physical Therapy was a great choice for me. Not just once but Twice. (Two seperate issues) The staff is great! This is a great facility to have physical therapy. Amy Higgins did an excellent job of helping me relieve my lower back and stenosis pain. She provided the proper exercises and direction on how to perform them and targeted the muscles that needed to be strengthened. The entire staff there is friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility or Amy to anyone.

When I came to Twin Boro PT, it was difficult for me to walk for any extended distance due to an injury to my posterior tibia tendon. The initial injury took place in October of 2016; but I did not begin my PT until late February of 2018. Being that the PT was so delayed, I hoped for the best; but achieved more than I ever expected with the help and encouragement of Ryan, Heather & Drew.The first day I received home exercises via email which I used on the days that I did not go for PT. I also received advice as to what sneakers would be best for my injury. After 24 sessions of PT, I went on an European river cruise in May that included 7 excursions ranging from easy to demanding without any pain!Based on my experience, I highly recommend Twin Boro Physical Therapy in Manahawkin, NJ.

This a great office to visit for your therapy needs. Everyone in the office, from Joan the receptionist, all of the assistants, and especially the therapists make you feel comfortable and welcome. I was fortunate to work with Heather; thoroughly a knowledgeable professional who makes everyone of her patients feel comfortable being in a not so comfortable situation. I would thoroughly recommend this facility!
