Need a baby sitter while doing PT? Don’t fret! Awesome place with awesome staff! Dr. DJ, Wendy and the gang LOVE keeping my 6.5 month old baby entertained and even put her to sleep while I’m doing my PT! That’s some amazing service right there! Not to mention how chill and low key everything is. Not overwhelming at all and they have trivia! 😂 within the short amount of time being there (and continuing) Dr. DJ has helped with my neck and shoulder so much I can finally look to the right and behind me on that side. Being able to look back at my baby while she’s safe and snuggly in the back seat makes me feel safer and relieved! Thank you guys so much!

I am both a pre and post op patient here at Breakthru [left shoulder] and I have never left an appointment in disappointment! Their staff is the utmost hospitable and knowledgeable, keeping clear communication and understanding from Doctor to patient. Occasional laughter was both unexpected and wholeheartedly appreciated, because let's face it...if we as patients were doing well, we wouldn't be there in the first place! Highly recommended.

We were referred to Breakthru after our 13 year old daughter had a major knee surgery. She was fairly nervous about the entire process but that changed with the first visit. Her therapist, Mark, was quick to put her mind at ease and while getting her right into a routine she was able to do and actually seemed excited about. After just a couple weeks, she was showing off how much more she could bend her knee and doing many of the exercises on her own.The facility is very clean and with a good amount of equipment to tap into. They’ve always been on time, have welcomed us to start early if we arrive before our scheduled time, and very flexible with day and evening hours. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in the door I just got a total welcoming feeling. All the staff was out of this world. They were all more than I could ever hope for in a physical therapy office. DJ was awesome and listened when I would say if something was too hard on another part of my body. He worked with me and made sure that all the exercises he had me do would be in the best interest of my recovery.

I can never say enough about Breakthru therapy and Dr. Mark Bailey. I was blessed to be assigned to his care more than a year ago. He is so knowledgeable , kind and overall terrific. I originally went to Breakthru after foot surgery. I was in jeopardy of losing my job and health benefits but Dr. Mark worked with me and got me up and walking. Now i am seeing him for my knee replacement. The staff is so very nice and friendly including Kim and the other assistants at the front desk. I actually look forward to going to therapy. Mark, Riley, and the entire staff are fantastic and friendly. They not only help with recovery, but also teach strategies on how to remain pain free and maintain mobility after treatment. Breakthru has a relaxed atmosphere that isn't too clinical, and is entirely focused on getting their patients rehabilitated. I would absolutely go back if I need to, and would happily refer anyone else here!

I had a stage 5 separation in my right shoulder AC joint that required surgery. I completed 10 weeks of physical therapy with DJ and Matt where I began with zero movement of my right shoulder. DJ and Matt were patient but confident that I would not only regain range of motion but also began building my strength back towards the end of my time with Breakthru. 10 weeks later all ROM is back and I’m beginning to see a lot of progress with regaining strength in my right shoulder. I cant recommend Breakthru enough for anyone looking for rockstar physical therapists!

The Berlin office has been absolutely wonderful to me prior to my surgery in helping to strengthen my shoulder and then afterwards regaining movement, function, and strength again. DJ customized my treatment program specific to my injury as well as complaints each session. My surgeon was always very pleased with my progress at every follow up visit as I was superseding his expectations. Matt was always very helpful in guiding me during my sessions as well and helping me with my form to get the most out of each my exercise. I owe a big thank you to the entire office!!!

Breakthrough PT in Berlin has been our family's choice for needed therapy for quite a few years. Dr. Wright has been instrumental through the complete healing and strengthening of numerous injuries my daughter has incurred on the softball field. Unfortunately a car accident left me in severe pain on my lower back. I had very little movement without pain and even sitting for too long was very painful.I was advised from some friends to follow up with Physical Therapy. I was hesitate, but knew the pain wasn’t going away so I called my doctors office & they recommended Breakthru Physical Therapy on cross keys. I’m so glad they did!I went from not being able to sit for longer than 20 minutes and couldn’t bend and had to do squat motions just to get down ; to my lower back feeling stronger than it was before the car accident.All of the staff is super friendly, personable and supportive! Dr. Mark has really good bedside manner and at customizing your therapy based on your healing journey, and so does his team! The staff works well together, and you can tell they love and are passionate about their jobs and they want to see you thrive! They make you feel like you’re an addition to the family. I highly recommend if you do need physical therapy, this is the place you for sure want to pick!
