Mark’s passion as a physical therapist has always been utilizing his diverse clinical tools and experience to develop individualized treatment plans specific to each patient’s functional needs and personal goals. Mark follows a thorough evaluation process to identify these specific needs with over a decade of clinical experience. Recently, Mark advanced his clinical skillset by becoming certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), an advanced movement-based diagnostic system which systematically identifies mobility and motor control deficits and finds the cause of pain – not just the source – by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment.

Mark’s hands-on treatment approach includes advanced manual treatments aimed at resolving impairments found in the evaluation as well as providing consistent feedback throughout the duration of care. He believes it is vital to consider all factors that may be resulting in a patient’s pain and utilizing this information to help guide his treatment plans.

As a patient nears reaching their goals, Mark finds it imperative to provide his patients with the appropriate tools to continue on the right track after graduating from physical therapy. He enjoys treating all patients and always embraces an advanced clinical challenge.

Mark’s success as a therapist over the years has come as a result of his commitment toward always learning and building upon his knowledge base. He enjoys keeping a light and fun environment where his patients can thrive and finds the most fulfillment in his work when he helps a patient achieve results beyond their prior level of function.
