Dr. Rebecca Romano is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and allowing them to return to all the activities they enjoy. Dr. Rebecca believes that physical therapy is a tool to return/continue living our best lives daily.

Growing up playing competitive soccer, Dr. Rebecca had multiple injuries that required her to go to Physical Therapy. Being exposed to the PT world at such a young age, Dr. Rebecca knew this was her passion, as others had once allowed her to get back to playing the sport she loved.

Dr. Rebecca has worked with individuals of all ages in many pivotal movements in their life. She particularly enjoys working with any individual who is motivated to get back to the life they love.

It's a fun place with friendly, caring staff who work well with one's abilities and limits while recuperating. It's small and they can't fit as much varied equipment in there as other, larger therapy places, but they're creative with what they've got to work with, receptive and flexible with your needs, and it's always an uplifting, bespoke therapy session.

Dr. Sang Phan, DPT, is a beyond excellent Physical Therapist! He has excellent bedside manner; he is compassionate, kind and listens to your physical needs. He is laser focused on helping me to regain the mobility and full use of my shoulder! All the exercises and stretching he has me do, have allowed my shoulder to have more mobility and less muscle tension! I am certain that with Dr Phan, I will regain the full us of my shoulder! I had a right shoulder injury and after only 3 sessions with Dr. Phan, my right shoulder has improved about 65% and I experience no pain; this is remarkable and I am so happy! Thank you so much Dr. Phan, you are a Godsend!

I am both a pre and post op patient here at Breakthru [left shoulder] and I have never left an appointment in disappointment! Their staff [specifically Dr. DJ] is the utmost hospitable and knowledgeable, keeping clear communication and understanding from Doctor to patient. Occasional laughter was both unexpected and wholeheartedly appreciated, because let's face it...if we as patients were doing well, we wouldn't be there in the first place! Highly recommended.

Need a baby sitter while doing PT? Don’t fret! Awesome place with awesome staff! Dr. DJ, Wendy and the gang LOVE keeping my 6.5 month old baby entertained and even put her to sleep while I’m doing my PT! That’s some amazing service right there! Not to mention how chill and low key everything is. Not overwhelming at all and they have trivia! 😂 within the short amount of time being there (and continuing) Dr. DJ has helped with my neck and shoulder so much I can finally look to the right and behind me on that side. Being able to look back at my baby while she’s safe and snuggly in the back seat makes me feel safer and relieved! Thank you guys so much!

We were referred to Breakthru after our 13 year old daughter had a major knee surgery. She was fairly nervous about the entire process but that changed with the first visit. Her therapist, Mark, was quick to put her mind at ease and while getting her right into a routine she was able to do and actually seemed excited about. After just a couple weeks, she was showing off how much more she could bend her knee and doing many of the exercises on her own.The facility is very clean and with a good amount of equipment to tap into. They’ve always been on time, have welcomed us to start early if we arrive before our scheduled time, and very flexible with day and evening hours. Would definitely recommend!
